Ease of: getting information and facts regarding the mattress; user friendly site; ordering; setting up; refunding if necessary; and of finding reviews. Also - great price!

Pragmatically, It's an awesome bed for a great price. and I sleep great on it. I was just hoping for something that you can sink into, like with memory foam.

I am very pleased with the delivery and setting the bed up. It is probably the most comfortable mattress I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping on.

It's just about perfect, in terms of price and the way the bed feels. The edges need a little support though.
