I was stoked for this mattress, but honestly I've been pretty disappointed since I received it 2 months ago. It is WAY firmer than what I was expecting, with almost no give. I was expecting it to have the true memory-foam feel to it, but I feel like my body has not made a dent in it since I started using it. It feels like I might as well be sleeping on the floor.

I hate to only give this mattress two stars. The shipping and delivery was great, but the mattress itself is way too hard for me. I wake up every morning with back & neck pain that I never had before.

I wasn't sure how I would feel about this mattress when I ordered it because I hadn't tried foam before and prefer a firmer mattress than most people; when using a traditional mattress, I sleep on it with no topper. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that this mattress is soft when I want to flop onto a cushy surface but firmly supportive when I'm sleeping. I've had it for two years and have no back pain. The only downside is that I now love naps a lot more than I used to.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hot, Not Cooling

Quick delivery. Comfort is fine although not the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on. Biggest complaint is that the mattress gets hot after sleeping in one area and/position for a while. I can literally feel the heat under my back and just overall not very cooling. I would return it if I wasn’t so lazy.

Not Good for Side Sleepers!

I chose the Tuft and Needle Original because my friend had purchased one in 2016, which was comfy. This mattress is not the same as the prior design! I found the mattress to be too firm and not supportive. I am a side sleeper, 160 lbs. I could not get comfortable and this mattress caused bad upper back pain as my shoulder didn't sink it at all. I think this might be a better option for back and stomach sleepers, but overall feels cheap and just a hunk of hardish foam.
