It was time for a new mattress and this was my first adult purchase. It was super easy to set up and there are plenty of online videos to show you how. I liked this mattress 3 days in, but unfortunately noticed that the edges were too soft. Also, it is really easy to sink into the mattress sometimes.
I have to say Tuff and Needle's customer service is shockingly amazing! I would give them 10 stars. They are so professional, nice, quick, and easy. They made me feel bad for returning the mattress... If I could afford it right now I would get their hybrid mattress.

Shopping for a different mattress after a year of T&N

We bought this about a year ago, and I wasn't very thrilled with it from the get-go - but covid had hit right after our purchase and we weren't in a place where we felt safe exchanging it and buying a new one.
So it's very firm! I am a petite person, and have had a problem with foam not breaking in for me... this one never broke in on my side. I am not a hot person, and this bed sleeps hot for me! I often have a hard time figuring out sheets and blankets in the middle of the night, because I'm hot... but I'm sweating so I'll be cold soon. I toss and turn a LOT and wake up with aches and pains. I'm pregnant now and it's even worse, because I really only can sleep on my side. I have gotten worse sleep in the past year, and I do blame the mattress for part of it.
It doesn't really conform to my body but I know it's capable of that because my husband seems to sink right in. It broke in fine for him and he's used to sleeping hot, though he'd like it to be cooler. That being said he'll also fall asleep just fine on a hardwood floor so, take his view with a grain of salt.

I don't think this is a good choice for cool-running petite people (115 lbs, 5'1).
I dislike this mattress and even more so, I dislike that I'm shopping for a different mattress a year after purchasing.

Very dissatisfied.

We purchased our second Tuft and Needle mattress in March of this year. We were moving to a new house and had it shipped so it would be there when we arrived. We were not able to move in until June past the 100 day trail or we would have returned it. We loved our first mattress the second does not have the same quality and is miserable to sleep on. I looked into the company and it looks like it has been bought out by Serta. I could have just gone to the neighborhood sleep store to try out mattresses.
Not the same produce or quality. Take the time and go to a local store for a better product.

Still loving it after using for close to 7 years

My hubby and I bought this mattress a month after we got married about 7 years ago and we’re still loving it. My hubby is of average weight and sleeps on his stomach or side. I’m a bit on the leaner side at 5’8” and 130 lbs and usually sleep on my side. Whenever we travel to other places we miss our bed which is firm but still cozy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This bed is not for me. I know many people love their Tuft& Needle but I am completely unable to sleep on this bed. It hurts my back and hips because it is like sleeping on the floor. It is way to warm. I added the mattress pad, which helped a little but it does not stay in place and has to be adjusted every night.

Super comfortable, I am sleeping well. It’s nice but I would have liked a little more softness. It’s thinner than I expected. Easy and fun to set up!
