Overall, great! We love it so far. However, I feel like the directions about let it air out and wait a few hours before putting sheets on should be included in the direction sheet. I got an email 7 hours after I got the mattress saying to let it air out, and by that point, it was too late.
Also, I think it would be a good idea to send little samples of the foam if people are on the fence.

I received the mattress incredibly fast. It unpacked very quickly and with no issues. There was no negative smell and my daughter has loved it every night since we set it up. I can find no flaw with this purchase!
