Excellent Winter Skiing & Snowboarding Set

I bought this for my winter scene after scoping out Lego play sets on the retail and 2nd hand market. While you have limited Skiing options for other sets, this is an excellent set that more than delivers for variety and attention to detail.
My only real concern was that the set does go just over 12”, so while I’m sure it’s a blast to play with and rocket your Lego Skiiers and Sledders down, it can be a pain to find enough space to place it. Honestly, the height is less of a restraint for me than the length, it’s easy to forget how much planning you need to get this to play nice with similar 1 X 1’ displays.
The Elevator construction is a bit circuitous but i am sure Kids will love to raise and lower it for story telling on top of hooking their mini figs onto the rope for the rock climbing wall. The rock climbing wall is well designed and a cherry on top for me.
I have also included a pic in this review showing the additional pieces included in my set.

Amazing Lego product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son as well as my whole family are a big fan of skiing and a lot of times this activity is not represented in children’s toys. Imagine my excitement to see that Lego had fixed this issue by making this ski and climbing center. My family absolutely loves it. It’s big and beautiful and something that the whole family is involved with creating. We can’t wait to display it in our ski house this winter !

The elevator on the set being able to lift the Lego characters up is a really cool feature. The product wasn’t too hard to put together. I highly recommend this product.

Great build for my kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 12 year old daughter and 9 year old son really liked the ski and climbing center. My 12 year old felt that it was a good build that took quite a while (most of the day) which is a good thing. My daughter liked the colors. She also really liked the elevator and that it goes up and done. The hill sometimes worked to keep the lego people on it but most of the time they fell off but that was expected. All in all a great lego center that looks good and is a good build for my kids to put together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big enthusiastic of Lego products since I was a child and now as a parent I just want to provide to my children the same great experience that I had growing up. This Lego Ski and Climbing Center set is surprisingly challenging and exciting. We opened this on a Saturday morning and we only could finished putting it together several hours later and only after plenty fun time. The set comes with plenty parts and small figures. The size of it once finished is also unbelievable. It is big and looks nice also in the kids room. We loved it and we want to rebuild it again soon. I see this type of product as a great opportunity to help my kids to develop their imagination, logic and creative thinking.

Great Lego quality

We have been watching lego masters and they were so excited to get to build the ski set that was shown on the show. We really love the moving parts. They feel like real lego masters getting to build a set like this!
