[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought and installed this about 2 months ago. Is doing a fair job. Maybe could have used more BTUs for our room but was limited because it had to be 110 electrical plug. Overall happy.

I give it 5 stars because it was simple to install and it holds the temperature within the limits it's supposed to. I have this unit installed in my bonus room above the garage and without it the heat is unbearable. It looks good too.

I'd encourage anyone to consider the product. Quiet and easy to use. Well worth the money in my opinion. I got the insurance too so I will have the service for years.
