New Dehumidifier Fits the Bill For Damp Crawlspace

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a unit that is quiet and that can pump the condensate slightly uphill and out through the foundation wall. Before installing the dehumidifier, my crawlspace was at about 65% humidity or sometimes higher, which felt musty and in which mold can grow. Now, with the new dehumidifier set at 50%, the space is much improved. There is not enough headroom in the space to use gravity for continuous drain, so a drainage pump was required. The unit is working well, and the maintenance described in the owner's manual (periodic cleaning of the air filter, pump filter, and collection basin) is quite simple.

Nice unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit works really work. A bit loud on high but tolerable if you place it 10-15 feet from where you will spend time. Does produce some heat in the room, but the lack of humidity makes up for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dehumidifier worked as designed. I have an overflow drain line hooked up to the condensate pump of my HVAC unit. I had a floor spill that may have been related to the filter. Otherwise the unit has been excellent.

Amazingly Fast Dehumidifier AA+A++A+A+A+A+++

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super fast set up and has internal pump to get the water out of room to outside easily. In just a few hours, humidity was gone. Very pleased. Will buy again when this one wears out......might be a long time!!!

Working well, so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd unit I have had. I bought the original unit in 2018 and it worked great for 3 summers. It then showed an error EC and stopped running. I submitted a claim and received a replacement unit. That unit lasted 2 summers and runs for 20 minutes then stops and shows an EC code. I submitted a claim and am now using the 3rd unit. It has been a month and working well. When these units worked, they worked well. I have a drain hose connected to a basement drain.
