[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid equipment, large tank. unfortunattely the whole reason of purchase was to take advantage of the pump feature, which has not worked from the first day of purchase. Contacted customer support and they were very helpful and have made arrangements to replace the unit with a working model. Still waiting for the email confirmation after a week, hope to get a working unit soon.

Awesome dehumidifier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use dehumidifier. Plug it in, hit the power, and you're on your way. Shuts off when full and easy to empty the bucket. Filters are easy to access so easy to clean when needed. Haven't used the pump yet. Recommended also by TheWireCutter.

If using in basement or garage, low operating temperature adherence is critical.
Strongly recommend this product.
