My low maintenance high performance dehumidifier.

Great Dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always had trouble finding a decent dehumidifier for my basement. This time, I did my homework, read lots of reviews, and decided on this one based on everything I read. Seeing that it was a Frigidaire sealed my decision... we have other Frigidaire appliances and they have been very reliable and high quality. This dehumidifier keeps my 1,000 sq. ft. basement below 40% humidity consistently, it's relatively quiet compared to other dehumidifiers in its class. Very pleased this time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using the item for a few weeks. It is being used in a finished basement. Unboxed the item, and set the humidity to 55%. After several hours the tank was full. It is fairly heavy when full and can spill a little when removing it. I attached a drain hose (not included) and now it continuously drains itself. It's in the basement furnace room and is fairly quiet. It cycles off and on to automatically maintain the set humidity level. If you were in the same room with it, noise might be an issue. So far the unit has worked flawlessly. It looks and feels like a quality product. Hopefully it will have long term reliability.

Socks up the humidity like no tomorrow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me tell you. This thing can suck up the water like no tomorrow. I usually dump at least 2 buckets a day on high fan living in a arizona desert. Weird right!?! But I love this product.

Like my new dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have it in the cellar that is damp and musty and it cleans the air well - fills in about a day and the pump is a nice feature in addition to the easy to remove bucket with handle. Happy with my choice.

It is very quite and dried up our basement dampness in less than week and we run it every other day to keep it at a comfortable humidity. I would recommend this to anybody one who is looking for a dehumidifier.
