[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this dehumidifier three weeks ago. It functions well and it is convenient with build-in pump. I have my unit on all the time, and it'd resume after power outage automatically.

Great De-humidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced an older GoldStar unit that was damaged by lightning. I have to use a dehumidifier in my shop to prevent mildew because of frequent wet-sanding and washing in the bay. The old GoldStar often clogged and wouldn't drain and the electrical usage seemed excessive. Since I have installed the Frigidaire unit, there have been no drain issues and the power usuage decreased by 20%. I am very pleased with the unit.

Super Efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been amazed by how much water this dehumidifier extracts from the basement air. It’s quiet and efficient at the lowest setting. Only minor concerns are a bit of dribble when you pull drawer to empty it and the plastic feels a bit fragile (but hasn’t been a problem at all yet). Overall, very satisfied.

So far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 4th dehumidifier if the last 16 years or so. The first two didn’t last long. A few years each maybe. The last one was an older Frigidaire and lasted the longest. Maybe 8-10 years or so. I wish these weren’t considered disposable but it is what it is. I shopped some other brands and looked at cheaper models but decided to go with Frigidaire again and so far it’s been a good machine. It’s relatively quiet but the bucket does rattle a little bit. It cycles on and off much more often than the old one though I did bump the humidistat up a notch. I figure that should be better for the overall life of the machine. I like the pump feature. I keep it next to a wash basin and all I really have to do it clean the filter every couple of weeks. No more emptying the bucket. That’s a nice feature.

Excellent dehumidifier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Frigidaire dehumidifier is just excellent! Bought on recommendation from tech review site. Very easy to set up and get running. Got a 500 sq ft basement space down from 70% humidity (yuck!) to 40% in a day or so, and now it feels good to be down there! Drain tube (sold separately, my only gripe) was super easy to connect and route to HVAC condensate pump. Not whisper quiet, but quiet enough to not be intrusive. Very happy with this purchase!
