Pump makes the difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In a very humid lower level, with a different brand dehumidifier, we were emptying the buckets twice a day. It stopped running if we were away overnight. Pumping from a lower level (with no sump pump) up to a drain line at ceiling height made all the difference.

Fits the bill and more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 1250 sq ft home and have been smelling a wet stone odor for a few years. I require a lot of time and research before taking the plunge on a large purchase and finally had the opportunity to do a deep dive on dehumidifiers, their features, and price points. Blogs, independent sites, and consumer reports overwhelmingly recommended this model above many others. And after using it for a few weeks, I can see why. The product came carefully packaged and was easy to set up. When I started the machine, my humidity level in the basement exceeded 65%. Not good! After running the dehumidifier for several days, the large open space was at a comfortable 45%! Amazing. I could truly tell the difference. The wet stone smell that I would catch on the main level of my home has nearly disappeared. The ease of use, quiet fan noise, extreme efficiency, and automatic pump w/drainage tube all combine for the perfect device ... and all for a competitive price. I would recommend this model to anyone in the market for a dehumidifier.

Fantastic Self-Pumping Humidifier

It is fast, ultra-quiet, efficient and keeps my basement and everything in it dry. Best of all, the built-in electric pump functions perfectly such that I can walk away and forget the dehumidifier is even running. I've had zero problems with it since I set it up and pushed the "on" button. An excellent value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this unit for use on main living area (1st floor) of our 1,400 SF dwelling. Before purchase indoor humidity in heat of summer was sometimes well over 60%. Now even on the hottest days of 90 to 100 actual temperature with heat index 100 to 115 indoor humidity is now between 43% to 52%. I have not used the auto drain pump system nor the free flow drain system. The large capacity water holding tank is being used and depending on weather conditions it needs dumped 1 to 2 times ever 24 hours. Seems to help a lot on keeping our dwelling nice and cool on the hottest days. This is the first summer being used and so far very happy with it's work.
