[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good product. I bought in 2017 and had a problem in 2022. I submitted all required forms and got a new unit. Great Frigidaire Customer Service! The new unit is working perfectly. If you ask what could be improved, I would say reduce the noise. It is not too loud, but it can be annoying while watching TV if the unit is near the TV. But, like I said, it is not that bad, I am just pick with my stereo sound. Yes, I do recommend this Dehumidifier.

GREAT UNIT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy unit to operate, turn it on, set the humidity level, turn on the pump and walk away. No more emptying the bucket after it fills. Just make sure you check the filter after the filter warning light comes on. Rinse it off, let it dry and reinstall. It made a world of difference in the amount of humidity I had in my basement and you can adjust that level to your preference.

Works well but can leak

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dehumidifier is well built and attractive. The only precaution is making sure the hose for the pump is inserted all the way up to the line. I initially was unable to insert it all the way and it leaked. When I used extra pressure to get it all the way in, there was no further problem.

Quiet, Does It’s Job

We’ve had several Frigidaire and Electrolux appliances and have always been pleased with the quality and longevity.
