Quality efficient unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit so far has been efficient to control humidity in my crawl space. Very easy to use and the features of unit are perfect.It certainly draws moisture to level you set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased this model 3 weeks ago so I cannot give a full opinion. It is absoring the moisture and the bucket is filling with water and than pumping it out to my sink. I like the red bar in the bucket that shows you how full the bucket is. The problem I see so far is that the dehumidifier states that the humidity is 55 but i have two humidistates 3 feet away that is recording 43 in that area. I do not know why there is a 12 degree difference. I want to buy an extra filter for this model but cannot find where to buy it. The unit appears to be working as it is suppose to. Only time will tell. I hope it last longer than my other two 70 pint models that had the FO code and would not work. I will do another update in a few months

Only Buy Frigidaire- But little disappointed?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pump will not drain into my sink, my other one would drain up into a window this one cannot make in up to a sink from the floor? Very disappointed because frigidaire is my favorite made items.

we recommend making sure the unit is set to a proper setting (low enough RH% so the unit turns on) and a garden hose is connected properly and tight enough. The garden hose should not be “kinked” and must allow water to flow “downhill." If this does not resolve your issues, we’re here to help. HIGH AND DRY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have high praise for this dehumidifier that quickly and effectively dries out the moisture in the air. Easy to install, but the manual needs better illustration of possible problems such as a hose kink. Also machine tends to get warm so space between back and wall, e.g., should be stressed.

Happy with the purchase

This newer model is very good although I wish I saw the model that didn't have the pump since I do not use that feature. I am very satisfied with this product.

Pump Works Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been doing a good job of keeping the kitchen in the basement dry. When the bucket is full, the water is to the top. When removing the bucket, it is easy to spill some of the water.

Works externally well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have a very large basement and the humidity was at 70%. After running for several weeks the humidity I’d down to 50%. The pump works well. Need to go across the basement over 70ft to the sump pump, The pump does an excellent job moving the water out of the humidifier. Overall extreamly satisfied
