[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last month, and it's made a huge difference in reducing the humidity in my basement. The best feature is the automatic pump, which has eliminated the need to empty the water bucket every 8 - 12 hours.

I pump the water out through my dirt floor basement window into watering cans for our garden.
The nice thing is that is has a filter in the water tank that filters the water before it goes into the pump. That makes the water cleaner and less stress on the pump. The pump only needs to work every few hours for few minutes while it empties the tank. Again, less stress on the pump.
Worth every penny to have a well designed unit!

My garage is not humid anymore!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a humidifier in the garage and decided to get another Frigidaire. We have an older model in the basement and it works with no issue. So glad we bought the built in pump model since our garage does not have a drainage in the ground. Easy set up, quieter than the older model, and it dehumidified our garage from 70% to 45% in less than an hour. When it's ready to be emptied, just place the pump hose out the window and turn on the pump function. No more lifting the bucket of water out to empty!

Set humidity to 55%, channeled the tank house to empty outside the basement, turned it on, been working like a charm since. Once it stopped with a full tank. I just checked the directions, selected "Empty Tank" and bingo, the pump empties the tank. You can see the red water level indicator decend as the tank empties. Been on full automatic since. So far the appliance works as promised. Humidity and mustiness in basement has been eliminated. A worry free, maintenance free divice. Rare in todys world of expensive applicances that crash. They dont make 'em like they used to ! We are very happy with the 70 gallon dehumidifier.

Solid Dehumidifier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 2 months ago and it’s been a workhorse throughout the summer. Live in the PNW and my basement bedrooms were averaging 65 humidity. This unit constantly ran nearly 24/7 but you wouldn’t know due since it’s got a gently hum. The pump feature is a must have and doesn’t make nearly any noise. One reco is to get a longer silicon tube to attach to the pump as the plastic one that comes with it is less flexible and not as long as you’d like. Still, highly recommend this dehumidifier!
