Life Saver in Florida!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within the 1st 6 hours if plugging it in, the unit was full! Needless to say, we needed this. It keeps our humidity levels perfect and has allowed us to increase the temp on our thermostat because humidity dramatically decreased. We love the pump option as well! Plus, who doesn’t love “free” water for their houseplants?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will send pictures later . But my wife search for a product that would work for us . Our basement is large , unfinished , and 9 foot ceilings . Through the summer in lot the fall and until we got this product , my basement was damp and smelled . I said to my wife for a year “ we need a good humidifier in the basement “ ( I could have done it myself but I asked my wife) , the dampness is gone , the smell is gone and the dumb part is , we live here for 11 yeas as of December 21st and we just know have a great solution to what I thought was annoying and potentially damaging to something in our house .
But now that’s over thanks to this device .

Can't tell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for one that stopped working. I'm thankful for Frigidaire honoring the warranty, but it was replaced with another unit on the recall list. I tried turning it on, but can't really tell if it is working. It runs but never really puts out warm air and never collected any water, but at least it hasn't shut off with an error code. Given that it's winter, I'll have to wait until summer to see if it's working.

Works as advertised :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arrived in good condition. Was easy to install. My only suggestion would be to make it more clear in the instructions manual that the dehumidifier starts automatically when humidity is above set threshold and stops when it is back below. The info is there somewhere but hard to find, this should be upfront.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had it for about 2 weeks and are using it in the basement. The humidity is only set to 35% so it hasn't been running much because it is winter time. It looks and sounds nice. So far so good.

Great Dehumidifer ( this is my second one) and it is quieter and the blower blows straight up than other. my old one was so loud and blower blowed side way....
