The pump stops working

Built in pump is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the one with pump and one without. The one without works well in basement and I drain it in basement bathtub, I can just leave it on and not have to worry about it. The one without pump I have in family room and manually empty more often. Nice to have the pump and not have to worry about it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice humidifier. Pretty quiet, but you can hear it running. The pump feature is great as I have it pump up into the sink in our basement. I like that you can take it off "pump" mode and it will cut off when it fills with water. Then you get some quiet time as it never shuts off.

Decent unit, but noisy

The unit works well to pull moisture from the air and the integral bucket/chamber is easy to empty. We noticed the musty smell of our basement disappear in a few days. Our basement is over 1,000 SF and this handles it well.
After about a week, the unit became noticeably more noisy. You hear the condenser in addition to the air flow. We have been using it for about a month now.
