The bigger the better, The drier the room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned Frigidaire dehumidifiers in the past, this one with the pump takes it to a new level of convenience. If I’m away for a day or a few I come home to a dry basement, and I don’t need to empty a heavy water filled container.

Straight from box dead on arrival

I cannot get my unit to work. The on/off button doesn't work. When you plug in, all lights come on and go off. then the unit is dead. Previous Frigidaire dehumidified was great.

High Capacity Dehumidifier

Do not get

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Total garbage. First one stopped working after 2 months. They sent a replacement that worked about 2 month. then unit was put away till next season. This year the replacement did nothing when I took it out.

Garbage dehumidifier

Garbage!!! This unit was a replacement for another fridgidaire dehumidifier that was recalled! Now this one is doing the same thing! Freezing up. I called customer service they say it’s out of warranty and there isn’t anything they can do about it. It lasted 2 summers. Absolute trash!

Dehumidifier Review

I purchased a Frigidaire dehumidifier and it wasn't installed immediately because the space where it was going was not yet finished. Only in use approximately 9 months. Stopped working with an EC code. Called Frigidaire and they said their one year warranty only covers from the date of purchase. Buyer beware of this model.
