Great design, questionable reliability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit would get 5 stars except the first two I had both failed after a few weeks. An error code appears that the company recognizes as unfixable. After proving that I scrapped the unit, the company sent new units promptly at no charge. I am hopeful they have solved the problem because I really like the unit when it works.

/humidity in our garages. We live in Wisconsin and have a heated garage so we needed something to get the moisture out in the winter. These dehumidifiers are working great! It is alleviating the issues in a double garage as well as a single garage. Attached a hose so we don't have to empty anything. Super easy to set up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about a month ago for my unfinished basement. I set it to 45% and it has been working well to bring down the humidity to that level. Noise levels are low (I set it to medium) and the pump is a great feature because it allows me to empty the water automatically. Overall, I'm satisfied up to this point and no complaints so far.
