Works great until it doesn't

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second unit. The first one died after 2 years. Luckily I had the extended warranty and they replaced it. The unit works very well and the pump feature is very convenient, no more dumping the bucket. The unit also looks very nice and is easy to use.

Love the pump

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Frigidaire is known for making high quality dehumidifiers. This one comes with a pump that can shoot up to 16 feet vertically
We run this in a 1500 sq ft finished basement
I ran on continuous mode for 10 days until it got the humidity from 70% to the mid-upper 40%s. Now I keep the fan high and the RH to 45%.
Having the pump go into the drain in our utility room makes it so we do not need to empty the bucket manually.
We’ve had this for 2 weeks. So far it does a fantastic job. Hope it will last for a long time.

No emptying the tank with the pump

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it for our shop building. Before attaching the drain hose we were having to go out and empty the tank twice a day. After putting the drain hose on and draining outside. We just set it and it does the rest, even while we are out of town.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dehumidier a few weeks ago and I am amazed at how well and how quickly it sucks moisture out of the air. I bought for my dank and musty basement and not only is it less humid but the air quality feels fresher and cleaner. (I would know: I have asthma.) Hope it holds up. I am very impressed.

Quiet and the pump is a game changer

Had a noticeable impact on our basement's humidity, taking it from 70%+ to the low 30s on a pretty muggy summer day. Our basement's not large but you can definitely feel the impact after this thing runs.
Finally the built in pump is clutch. Makes it easy to set it and forget it with the timer.
