Quiet and dependable, but...

I had to revert to a “hose” continuous mode that works well. The pump feature never worked for me. Could not find a solution. Impossible to get response from manufacturer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dehumidifier about a month ago, and very glad I did. I ought a new dehumidifier (different brand) about 3 months ago and it was constant aggravation. It never worked roperly from day one, there was always a problem with the pump. I returned it and bought the Frigidaire 50 pint with pump, this unit Is working flawlessly for About six weeks. I would highly recommend this unit.
