[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this unit as a warranty replacement for an earlier model purchased in 2018 and am very happy with the replacement. Unit has been working great to keep humidity down in my 800 sqft basement. I have unit set to 50%, it cycles on/off throughout the day, and humidity meter across the room measures 45-55%. Pump system is fantastic works well with small tubing provided with unit. Love that this is a set it and forget it system. Only downside after 1 month of use is that the unit generates quite a bit of heat. Prior to plugging in, my basement had been a consistent 72F and within 2-3 days of use, basement temps were up to 78F and have stayed that high since.

Good features, however......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the unit with a built-in pump (which works great). Overall we like the unit and the features. However the unit has been leaking whenever the pump is running to empty the bucket from the day it was installed. We are still working with Frigidaire to resolve the issue.

Best dehumidifier I’ve ever purchased!
