[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine about a month and a half ago. I did a lot of research, and this machine consistently looked like the best option. Pros: Easy to set up, easily understood features that work great. My basement was damp and after installing this dehumidifier it is dry. I used the tube with pump to get the extracted water outside the house. It was very simple to attach the pump tube and then route it out via a window. I'm very happy that I purchased this model and brand.
Cons: At this point I do not see any cons to this machine.
Overall I recommend this dehumidifier.

Excellent moisture control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first dehumidifier quit working after the first year. It was determined to be a problem in the control board. I was very impressed with the support from Frigidaire to replace it. Fast, no-haggle service. Second unit works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like my title says, it is working as expected. This one is a replacement via extended warranty due to a pump issue with the previous model. It does have some good features. I especially like that I don't have to empty the drain bucket.

Frigidaire Dehumidifier is impressive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this dehumidifier running for 3 weeks in my crawl space to help dry it out after sealing all the vents and putting new plastic down on the ground. Amazingly this unit is pumping water out at nearly 4 gal/per day (humidity was very high)! Pump works well to dump water in an outside container, and cleaning the tank, pump filter, and air filter is very easy. I would recommend this unit for its effectiveness and ease of maintenance.
