Best Purchase Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Frigidaire Dehumidifier for use in our 42’ RV and have not one single regret! We are full-time RV’ers who live in South Texas where you can cut the humidity with a knife! Since purchasing the humidifier, the air quality in our RV has vastly improved! The Frigidaire humidifier is easy to use, and performs as expected! A five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ purchase!

Frigidaire 50 Pint Capacity Dehumidifier

So far the unit is running great,BUT the supplied tubing is hard type of plastic, which has a memory to want to stay coiled. I've stretched it out many times and tried to form it straight,but it wants to coil back up.

The best warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never take the time to fill out the warranty on most things I purchase but for some reason I did on my Frigidaire dehumidifier. It worked very well for three years but this June when I turned it on it froze up and turned off . I googled and there was a guy telling how to clean a sensor. I tried but it still didn’t run so there was a section where he said he got a replacement on warranty. I had a folder with all papers on the original purchase and even the original sails slip . I called the number and the lady said I did qualify for a replacement. Everything was done on line and muck to my surprise, just as she said, a replacement was delivered to my door. I am a Frigidaire Fan Forever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great, the only issue I have with it is it fills the container up right to the top and when I go to empty it, it always spills. Come on guys, it easy to design an adjustable float, a good idea especially for women who are not that strong.

Dry basement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like many folks, my basement is underground and susceptible to high humidity. I store documents, photographs and clothing there. The high humidity was beginning to take its toll. I turned on the dehumidifier and in 72 hours the air was dry and my precious items were in perfect condition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried to connect hose fir automatic emptying. Did not work. Followed instructions in user manual. Had to call customer service . Very helpful & professional. Told us that the pump had to be turned on first. Manual did not state that, rep acknowledged that issue. Overall, very satisfied with product.

Great product! I just hope this one lasts longer than my last one

My only complaint is that I had to replace my old one (same model) after less than 2 years. I bought the same one again because of its overall performance, but I’m hoping this one will last longer.

A fresh basement!

We had a damp summer and our basement was pretty funky as our dehumidifier died last summer and we had not replaced it. I hated going down there. My husband and I finally decided we needed to replace the dehumidifier. After searching a lot of models, and reading a lot of reviews, we got the Frigidaire High Humidty 50 pt. Capacity Dehumidifier with built in pump. We set it up to exit into a drain so we don’t have to empty it. It improved the basement within just a few hours and after a day the basement no longer had “that basement smell.” Very happy with product!
