Great dehumidifier it takes the water out of the air.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had the dehumidifier for a week or so. It seems to be working well. Easy to plug in & start, obvious controls like fan speed, humidity, pump/bucket, etc. It'd be nice to have increments of humidity vs jumps of 5, but not a major issue. Not much noisier than our previous unit. Hope it lasts.

Works well but could use a bit of automation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing works great (so far). It can dry out my 1010 sq ft apartment in like 30 minutes. I just wish it had some time of sensor to track the humidity. It would be nice if it could turn on and off as needed.

Solid performance, great bucket capacity and runs much
Quieter than my previous dehumidifier which was a different brand. I would highly recommend this model.

Won't last

Bought it in the summer of 2023 and only used 4-5 months a year. This year, 2025, I went to set it up and it gave me a EC code, which means it is no longer repairable. 2 seasons of partial use, and the unit is done. I didn't want to believe the reviews, but maybe I should have. The reason I didn't give it one star is because when it did work, it did a good job.

So far I'm happy with this unit. I've only had this product for several weeks for my basement. I had an old frigidaire dehumidifier which lasted over 13 years. I did my research on this unit and it's working as stated.
