Great For Our Basement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We thought our old one wasn’t up the job anymore - we’d cet at most a cup a day but line dry laundry always felt a little damp. The New Fridgedair blew it out of the water (heh). After swapping, the new on pulled 2 gal. in 8 hours!! The basement is now comfortable and bonus, our line dry laundry time is cut more than half!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use it with the pump and is pretty much "set it and forget it" once easily configured. Compared to our "GE" 50PPD unit this one pulls a lil' more moisture per runtime though we wish the pump output hose exited lower on the unit so that the hose would lay closer to the floor by the unit.

Pump Hose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PSA for anyone else confused by the pump hose options:
If you are planning to use the built-in pump, you do not need to attach the drain hose. If you are trying to move the water to a higher level, just use the built-in plastic tube that comes with the unit. You only need to buy a drain hose if you're planning to move water downward (into a floor drain).
