Great dehumidifier…very easy to set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quiet, shuts off when it reaches desired humidity level and automatically turns back on when it needs to. My old one ran constantly…thinking that this one should save me on my monthly electric bill.

Nice solution; pump has stopped working.

Bought this 3-4 years ago to reduce humidity in a room with a high-end piano while I am away during the summer. The onboard pump was ideal, and I ran the small hose included through a small hole in the wall into the bathtub in the next room. Perfect solution. Only the pump has stopped working now, rendering my brilliant solution useless. I am waiting to call the service number after the weekend, and hope the unit can be repaired. It's rather pricey to have to replace it this soon. For the past 3-4 seasons it has functioned well, is quiet, takes up little space and is attractively designed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had other brands of this style of dehumidifier before, this one works the best, I also have the built in pump and it has very low noise as well. You can't even hear it if the fan is on high. I use this dehumidifier in my basement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Frigidaire Dehumidifier in 3 years. The first one was coding EC after 3 years. I was not intending to purchase another. However, the salesman gave me an extended 5 year warranty on this one, so I bought it, as I was familiar with how it operated and felt the first one did a good job until it didn't. Fingers crossed with this one. So far, so good, although it was tricky to get the hose connection for continual draining to stop leaking. I eventually was successful.
