Incredible Pump Feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is very efficient and surprisingly quiet. The best feature is the pump feature since my drain is a little elevated from the floor level. It offers wonderful peace of mind to know that even if we are away from the home it will continue to operate and provide a comfortable dry environment.

It Dehumidifies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the 3rd day of operation, my basement was down to 45% humidity. One thing that did annoy me was the black rubber washer on the hose drain cap was missing and I found water on the floor after an hour of operation. I happen to have one so I am good for now.

Works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased on March 25, 2024 so far works well removes humidity fast. Not sure what the thin hose is for that came with the dehumidifier. I guess you use to connect in back to drain water instead of bucket. I use the water bucket. Looks nice also.
