Out with the Old and in with the New!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge and freezer. Large capacity for all of our needs. Our old refrigerator was 20 years old and having some issues. So we bought this one on the advice of an appliance repair technician. It is the same physical size of our old one. But when we took all of the food and drinks out of our old refrigerator and transferred it to the new one, we did not even put a dent in the room it has. We live it a lot!

New fridge 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this refrigerator as it has lots of room with good ice production and storage. The freezer drawer is a bit wobbly but has not presented a problem. The light for the water and ice dispenser on the front of the refrigerator was not working when it was delivered and set up. I contacted Frigidaire and they scheduled a repair. The repairman discovered a broken wire but was unable to repair it (it seemed like a simple fix) and ordered a new part and will make a second trip next week to complete the repair.

Top of line refrigerator

Very disappointed as of today. First refrigerator delivered with dents visible. Sent it back to store. Second one was ordered delivered a week later with dent to freezer door and side dent. Called store would take off $400 plus order a new freezer door. Delivery people brought it in without taking off refrigerator doors and dented those doors. Where is the quality control? Store would now order the 2 other doors. Two days later refrigerated began setting off alarms freezer and refrigerator reading hot. Story sent repairman in twice. First visit he found it working ok. Day later alarms etc began again temperature reading hot. He returned checked it out called Frigerrdaire company the compressor went. We are now waiting on a new unit. It’s been 3 weeks now without a working refrigerator. This is unacceptable. We don’t have much faith at this point with the store or the company. Still no unit yet as of 5-9-23. Looks like these refrigerators are coming in dented somewhere between the factory and store? The customer always gets shafted. We are very stressed out over this. Someone needs to be responsible for these problems again No Quality Control!
