Refrigerator section freezing food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator was part of our new home purchase provided by the builder. Since we started using it, the refrigerator section is cold enough to be freezing our food. We are working with a service tech to fix the issue with the cold air from the freezer constantly pushing into the refrigerator. I have thrown out produce that has frozen and was no longer usable. Until the situation is fixed, I cannot buy food that needs to be refrigerated which is obviously very inconvenient and frustrating.

Shiny and New

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for a GE French door. My new professional model has more space and a dual ice maker. When the family is here for a holiday we can have plenty of cold drinks. The deli and crisper drawers are very nice. The look of the Professional line is very pleasing and I would buy again.

Very Good Refrigerator but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re actually very happy with our refrigerator, but wish there were some features that aren’t included. Mainly we wish there was a feature to create more ice cubes faster. My wife uses a lot of ice for various reasons and sometimes the ice maker with its standard capability just can’t keep up.

Bottom freezer ice maker

In General I am happy with my new refrigerator. However the bottom freezer only makes 1 lb of ice a day. The manual says it should make between two and two and a half.

The stainless steel is nice and doesn't leave fingerprints like our old fridge. This fridge looks sleek as well. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

Great storage and temperature control

It looks great, is very quiet, has great storage organization and the temperature seems amazingly consistent throughout all parts of the interior meaning, we could put a gallon of milk in any spot and it will stay really cold (no spots are warmer than others). We are giving it a 4 only because it came with a broken freezer draw mechanism that needs repaired. It makes a loud grinding noise whenever the drawer is being opened or closed. We are currently waiting or have that serviced.
