Professional Series refrigerator had a fatal error.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a Frigidaire Professional series refrigerator. We were excited to get a new one as ours was going out. We looked at all the brands to find the right one. We wanted a higher end fridge. Our big points to look for was Water and Ice on the door, no middle drawer, and no Counter deep. It's hard finding a nice fridge that is not counter Depth. Typically, with the water and ice on the door, the inside of that door has virtually no usable bins. Small ones at best that can only hold very small items. The French Door Professional Series differs in that there is actually a lot of good usable space, a lot more than any of the other brands. We really like the refrigerator even with the critical comma failure, we still went with the same model.
The issue we had was a CE ER error on the fridge as soon a we pulled it in. This is a critical fatal communication board failure. When I searched the error online, this came up real fast. It seems to be common then just my refrigerator. We are deciding to take our chances with this brand and hope that our second fridge holds up for a long time. We bought the extended warantee just in case the fridge does not last 5 years.

I'll admit I obsessed over what to buy and I'm glad I chose the Frigidaire professional entire line

It’s the same outer size as our old side by side but the way the shelves and drawers are set up makes it feel larger! We are very happy with this model!

Time for a new refrigerator
