Great Updates!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous appliance was the same Professional Series model, but was 15 years old. I was thrilled that they updated the water dispenser from a plastic lever (that broke more than once) to a metal flat button that can’t break! And the height of the dispenser was also made taller so it can easily accommodate filling my tall water bottles. I also love that it dispenses small square ice cubes through the door, but also has a large bin in the freezer drawer, as we use a lot of ice! I also love the many drawers which allow for better food organization.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s going great so far. We love it, and I wasn’t sure I would. I love the versatility of the shelves. I was worried it would feel too big but it is perfect. It’s super nice. No regrets so far. We just hope it lasts more than five years.

Issues with ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ice makers, top and bottom worked for 1 day then stopped making ice. I tried everything in the troubleshooting section of the manual but nothing worked. Finally, I hit the “reset water filter” button and the next day we had a little ice. The bottom seems to be making ice although very slowly. I just checked the top ice maker after not looking for a couple days and there’s maybe 20 cubes in it. We have a service scheduled next week. Other than that, we like the fridge. It’s spacious and attractive

Great refrigerator, happy with purchase
