[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Fridge is great. Nice size. LOVE the ice container in the freezer that continuously makes ice. We can just scoop ice from that rather than the dispenser in front. Sometimes water drips from dispenser in front after use which requires some clean-up. But overall, great value and a great fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had for 1 month but so far seems to work well....Front ice and water dispenser top notch nice cubes hasn't run out yet however there are only 2 of us...excellent use of space in top section especially the doors...freezer section is okay seems a bit small could be laid out better in my opinion....I gave it 4 stars as its only been 1 month my last French door was a LG and it didn't last 5 years which is absolutely absurd for the amount of money they charge...will never own another LG appliance ever!!!

Good refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator works for our needs. We recently had a power outage of 14 hours and all of our refrigerated and frozen foods were fine. We never opened the unit during that time. Only issue was mopping up some melted ice from the upper ice maker. GreT product!

Terrific space & convenience-- a couple of issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 15 years of bad refrigerators with major repair issues, we wanted our new one to be exactly what we wanted for function and performance. And this one is almost it-- the space is terrific-- plenty of room for all the things we stock with great surround lighting so nothing gets lost in the back of the fridge. The condiments and beverage spaces in the doors are flexible and deceptively roomy. We finally fit almost all of our condiments in the doors instead of using precious shelf space. And the drawers and shelves are perfect spaced for our fresh items, plus the freezer is well organized. The in-door water & ice dispensers were a must for us, and the bonus ice maker in the bottom freezer is actually very useful for scooping ice into water bottles.
BUT - we've had 2 persistent issues I haven't found an answer for on the support page:
1. The water/ice dispenser leaks, or drips, rather, between use so that there's always a little puddle in that space. Wiping it up with a towel works fine, but it's a pain to have to wipe it constantly-- maybe a dozen times a day.
2. The doors don't align-- we've spent hours working on the adjustments on the doors, themselves, and the feet of the fridge, but nothing works-- the doors remain about 1/2" offset. The delivery guys lied to us when we first complained-- said the "weight of the condiments" would work it out. Right. Simply put, the fridge isn't build square enough for those adjustments to make a difference in the door alignment.
