[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Items in the back of the right Crisp Seal Plus tend to freeze, even though they are about 5" below the lowest air ports.The whining when the ice makers kick in is irratating.
Love the quantity of ice that is made.
The overall appearance of the Refrigerator is quite nice. Especially the door and drawer handles. The height of the water/ice dispenser is terrific. Lastly the interior white color is so much better to see items.

Leaking water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sleek look of this fridge, it has a great layout inside. However there’s always water dripping from the water dispenser even when not currently in use. I always find water in the tray.

Nice Refridgerator but several items aren't right after less than a month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our refrigerator was delivered 3 weeks ago the guys had to take extra time to remove our old one and implied they didn't know they were supposed to level the new one and they were late for other deliveries, so my husband said he would do it (he has lots of experience in leveling appliances). After 3 hours of adjusting and adjusting and adjusting some more, we came to the conclusion it couldn't be done without it having a severe rock. It acts as though there is a leveling foot missing from the back, but we didn't see a problem. Husband had to use rubber wedges to get it to be solid and still be level and plumb. Then for some reason the ice maker wouldn't make more than just a few ice cubes and then stopped. I finally figured out that the ice was piling up in one spot and setting off the "full" sensor. After shaking it around and twisting the auger and pushing it hard into place it decided to work. Then the air filter cover fell off for the 3rd time. The cover locks into place without a filter in it, but once you insert the filter (I'm using the one that came with it) it just wouldn't lock at the top and just falls off. Right now it is being held in place with packing tape. I have contacted the dealer and they said they will send someone down to check everything out. We shall see. One thing I didn't even mention was that the water from the dispenser doesn't seem to be very cold. I may just have to live with that. I have a Fridgidaire induction range and so far I am satisfied with it, but not sure I made the right choice with this fridge. Way too expensive to be having these ridiculous picky, annoying problems at only 3 weeks. Other than that it seems to be working ok. Just keeping my fingers crossed it isn't a big problem.
