[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful machine. Had some issues with the fresh food section not maintaining temperature, and the freezer iced over and cracked the water filter. Had the professionals come, quick fix ( thank you, warranty). Gorgeous appliance. Very happy with it.

The Professional stainless model with the bold look handles blends perfectly with our other appliances. The unit is well designed making most efficient use of both fridge & freezer spaces. It is the quietist fridge we have ever owned & makes great ice cubes. Great bang for your $$!

What is difficult to get used to is having to open both refrigerator doors to access the single large "deli" drawer. But we love having 2 icemakers, the freezer is easily accessible and the storage in general is outstanding. The smudge proof exterior is a breeze to keep clean unlike stainless appliances we have owned previously.

Water filter freezes inside fridge

The water filter and water lines inside the refrigerator freeze up even when I set the fridge temp to 41 degrees.
This in turn allows no water in the door dispenser and no ice being made....
The fridge sits empty without food as this is for a rental, making it a bad choice and bad design.

We got rid of our 5 year old Samsung refrigerator because the ice maker froze up regularly. There was not a fix available. There were also no local technicians that would even work on it. This new one has everything we need and is functioning perfectly. We purchased all new appliances from our local appliance store whose technicians are great! We will never buy appliances from a big box store again!!
