Great fridge but one problem

I like the fridge very much, but had submitted photos of a couple of scratches on a shelf on September 25 and have yet to hear of a replacement for this shelf. Not sure why this is taking so long. Hope with this review this can be escalated. I have not been using this shelf.

I am very happy with my new Frigidaire refrigerator. It is very quiet and looks great in my kitchen. My favorite part is the water and ice dispenser, so convenient.

Good fridge

Purchased fridge a month ago. All features work properly. I wish quality control was applied before fridge was sent out of plant, the frigidaire tag on front door is crooked, looking at having this addressed. Leveling the fridge was an issue as the Styrofoam insulation they use was in the way of one set of wheels. Had to clear away the foam with a screwdriver for the wheels to raise off the floor. For the price, I expected better.
I would recommend this to a friend!
