Good interior shelf layout and lighting. The doors and handles are much more solid (heavy duty) on the professional series than on many other brands.

Parts on back order, fridge stopped working after 4 months

Bought this in March 2026 , July 4th a dead fridge - no cooling or lights in the fridge part . Had purchased extra warranty - the service guy came out and the fridge fan - the part that cools the fridge was broken - this part is on back order from factory . A family of 7 with kids under age of 12 with no working fridge now for a month

Great product!

Really big! Little bit hard to find instruction on internet and it has a lot of functionalities but in general, pretty satisfy for the moment (less than a month of use).

Spacious, well constructed, but some UX quirks

This unit is very spacious! There is tons of storage in the refrigerator portion, easy to adjust shelving to make it fit everything that we need. It has dual ice makers (one in the fridge that feeds through the door, one in the bottom freezer that dumps in a bit). Very handy. Compared to our wall oven, construction is a lot better as well.
There are complaints about the compressor running sound - don't see it any worse than any of our older fridge/freezer products.
Pros:
- Tons of space in the fridge and freezer
- Well constructed, clean look
- Fridge shelving adjusts to accommodate varying item heights
- Controls are intuitive and easy to manage

Cons:
- Door control location. It's right where people rest their palm on when the left door opens. This results in the controls "unlocking" and the temperatures randomly getting adjusted. These controls almost never get touched after install (other than to reset a filter every 6-months), so placing them right in the way is an odd design choice.)
- Water dispensing speed is SLOOOOWWWW. And not cooled. I understand the product logic for not being cooled, but dispensing is slow.
- Ice creation is slow as well. Eventually it catches up with your usage, but 2.5 lbs/day is a litre/quart of cubes.
- Doors are stainless, body is powder coated grey. Other brands do the same, but it does "cheapen" the experience considering it's the 'Professional' tier. When it's installed, you see that side grey metal.
- Freezer is just a cheap plastic bin. It has a front to back divider, but really could use something a bit better for organization options.

Our first French door

Big problem is not getting a printed user manual and find Frigidaire website is of no help at all. I've found much of the information on YouTube.

Quality is nice

I bought my fridge one month ago. I find it small, but it’s a beautiful fridge. The biggest issues were the back wheels. You can’t raise the fridge from the back so when you install the waterline, it could be an issue. I have to have someone come and install something under the fridge to raise it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
