Defective Fridge from day one: Poor Quality Control

Fridge delivered and we loaded it with our groceries. Next day everything was frozen. Crisper drawers, deli tray, other shelves all product froze. Had to throw out a lot of food. Repair person came over and said they need to order a new board, and sensor. Waterlines are also froze solid too. If they are damaged, this could potentially damage our home. Water damage. Only way to tell is to unplug fridge and wait until they thaw out. No ETA on parts. There should be some customer recourse where if a fridge is defective from day one it should be returnable. Now we sit here and wait for parts with no fridge. Also, the left door seal was damaged from the factory and shipped this way which we noted on the delivery receipt. This is evidence that Frigidaire quality control is lacking. Very bad experience. Buyer beware.

A Little Disappointed

I purchased my fridge about 3 months ago. I’ve already had the bottom freezer icemaker replaced. Every time I use the outside water dispenser it drips and drips. I have a funny discolouration happening inside the glass shelf where it joins the outer bracket. The inside of my fridge is put together poorly. It is all crooked. The deli drawer does not close evenly so there is a gap on on one side. I have contacted Frigidaire about the discolouration and I have not heard anything back from them. I either received a lemon, or these fridges are just very poorly put together.

Buyer beware

Bought about 18 months ago and developed a crack down the entire length of the top of the freezer door. Extended warranty was purchased but say it is cosmetic only. Messaged Frigidaire over a week ago with no reply.

So loud you can hear it everywhere

I purchased this fridge and after about a month, a high-pitched whining sound started coming out of the fridge. I did buy the extended warranty on the fridge. We had two separate maintenance people over to look at it, and we were told it completely normal And if we call again, they will charge us for the service call. It’s so bad we actually have to turn the fridge off to watch TV on our main floor and the fridge is 30 feet away. Very disappointed with this product and the service that came with it. We also did contact Frigidaire and they said they can’t do anything about it. It has to be passed on to a local maintenance company for repairs. If I could give it a zero, I would.

If its a new fridge it should be checked out before selling to a builder.

Would never buy one myself. But it came with new house and the icemaker doesn't even work on it.

Nice Fridge & Freezer, quality control is questionable.

Quite a nice fridge, however I think quality control is lacking, the doors do not align properly, even after using the Allen key. The left door has a flapper that cams into the fridge at the top when opened/closed. The door sits too low and there was no more adjustment left in the hight, you can see in the picture included how off the mating surfaces are.
I would recommend this to a friend!
