Lots of space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had the Frigidaire side by side refrigerator but I am loving my new French Door refrigerator. The refrigerator part has so much more space than the side by side and the drawers have much more room and the snack drawer is very convenient. It seems to take a little longer to make the ice but having an ice maker in the door and also one in the freezer is a bonus since we use a lot of ice.

Paid for a new refrigerator, got a LEMON.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We waited about 9 months for the refrigerator do to the pandemic, when we finally got it delivered there has been nothing but problems, the appliance store has sent a repairman over 3 times already. The lower hinge bracket on the ice maker side of the door needed to be replaced, the right side door needs to be replaced, as per the appliance store it will take approximately 14 weeks to come in, the ice maker leaks which also needs to be replaced, the glass shelves to not stay in place and they have to be replacement, a damaged bracket on the other door which was repaired, the water and ice compartment that leaks “also waiting for it to be replaced”, glass shelves that do not stay in place. The rubber gaskets in the freezer area had to be adjusted “ fingers crossed on that”.The refrigerator is noisy while the water fills the ice maker.

Good Looking Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time owning a french door vs the side by side and it's taking a bit getting used to. The hardest transition has been everything we traditionally kept in the doors. You would think there would still be as much space but the spacing between each bin is tighter which doesn't allow for the big bottles of ketchup, salad dressing, etc. I wish that the very bottom meet drawer didn't stick out further which would allow the bottom door bins to be deeper. You could even remove one set from the doors and allow more space between each bin for taller condiments.
I love the simplicity of the water/ice in the door. It has very clean lines and simple buttons. All of your control panel is on the edge of the door hidden. I've tried looking in the manual but cannot find out a way to properly lock the control panel therefore I often hit it when opening the door setting off beeps and dings and then I have to double check that I didn't just change a setting. I'm sure over time I won't hit it as frequently. Overall I'm very pleased with this fridge. It's a beaut, Clark.

This is a Big Beautiful Frig

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a KItchenaid frig for 25 years with no issue and was going to buy a new Kitchenaid but based on talking with appliance service techs they recommended not to , Seems that they do not use heaters in the evaporators and they freeze up and you have to unplug it for two day to defrost.. We decided on a Frigidaire by the looks and then checked with the parts department to make sure they listed a heater for the evaporator and they did. We were sold on it because of that fact...Our old frig was 25 cubic feet and this one is 27.8 cubic feet. It does stick out a few more inches than the old one. The doors are much thicker and stick out about 1 1/2 inches on each side when opened. This was important to us because the frig is against the wall on the right side. No one at Frigidaire nor the dealer had one in stock to measure it so we took the chance and it worked out. We are getting a new left hand door due to a very small defect in the stainless steel Like I state in the review of the matching oven these don't come flawless from the factory and the dealer needs to make them right once you get them. So buy from a good dealer that will stand behind fixing them.
The only other issues is the frig makes a lot of different noises and never seems to shut off very much. At times the compressor really winds up and makes a lot of noise. Also the amount of ice in the freezer section took two weeks just to fill the hopper.
