[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Professional model Frigidaire. The stainless finish is easy to keep clean. Shelves and drawers are well made and glide easily. It is quiet and just has the solid feel of quality. I love the long handles. They give it a very modern, stylish look. It's a great appliance.

very disappointed!

Bought this Frigidaire a year and a half ago, seems nothing but trouble. Does keep foods frozen and the frig is luke warm, purchased the extended warrantee, only to be told that the next available date for a tech to come out is 3 weeks away! What do we do with all of our food going to waste? Well, you could file a homeowners claim! This is what I was told Twice!!!. Unacceptable, The freezer makes a grinding noise, the fan motor was replaced after 5 months, the touch plate was replaced after 2 months, the flimsy plastic crisper drawer rollers have broken off cannot be replaced without buying the whole drawer and slides. Here we are waiting again for a tech to show up. Hoping they have the necessary part (not on back order!)
