Water line burts - three months old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water line , actually there are four, sprung a leak inside the unit. Wood floors destroyed. Not the supply line coming from the wall, the valve inside the unit is suspect at best. Really bummed.

Great Fridge Upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After learning that our previous fridge, at 10 years old, was going to need a repair that would cost almost as much as a new appliance, we decided to replace it instead. I was happy to find this one at the "outlet" branch of our favorite local appliance dealer, where we got an excellent deal because it was a floor model. This is my first Frigidaire appliance and I'm extremely pleased with it. I love the extra room we get because it's counter depth, and everything about it is an upgrade from our previous fridge. The interior is easy to organize and keep clean, there is plenty of freezer room, and even the stainless steel exterior wipes clean much more easily. We love everything about it!

Brand new and new a new door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really thought I would love this refrigerator. Most of It is very nice. Sleek design, good storage, even fun shaped ice. But the temperature control panel won’t stay in the door. It isn’t an easy fix; the whole door has to be replaced. So after one week of use, we are waiting for a new door. They said it could be months before it comes in and we could always tape it on.

Generally Good Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a well-designed refrigerator. The power cycling is generally quiet. Ice maker functionality is well-adapted to our household use, and produces nice small cubes. I also like the ethylene filters in the produce drawers and the temp control for the bottom drawer. Our main problems have been build-related. The unit came with two dents in the left door, and some discoloration in the right door. These are being replaced soon. Also, the top hinges on the cabinet are bent downward, not causing issues with opening the doors, but the cosmetic defect is noticeable. Also, the edge holds for the bottom shelf in the fridge that holds the two produce drawers are a bit angled, and create a rattle of the drawers when opening the unit. It's annoying. These were all issues with build quality and/or QC in transit, delivery, and installation. These are annoying issues that will continue to haunt this purchase for a while. I would probably not recommend buying this unit sight unseen.

New Fridgidaire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adjusting to a new refrigerator takes a bit of time. Where is the best place for the milk and how about leftovers...these and other are decisions that have to be made. The major negative is that the veggie, fruit and meat bins do not pull out as far as I would like. I have learned to "fish" for items in the back, and they do pull out because they do come out to clean them. I do like the ease of cleaning and how well it cools. I don't have frozen lettuce, as I have had with past appliances.

Beautiful addition to kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Appliance is like a price of jewelry in the kitchen. Very sturdy with great handles. Inside is roomy and well lit. Like that the water dispensers close to the opening of the door so you can keep the door almost closed when getting water.
