[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice fridge and works as expected. One major issue I ran into was that the plastic wrap around the fridge was almost impossible to get off. I still have a bunch of plastic stick on the edges. Please advise how to get this off without damaging the body.

Beautiful new addition to our kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently upgraded our old refrigerator with the Frigidaire French door refrigerator. The pictures don’t do this refrigerator any justice and one of the first things I noticed when it was installed was the clean, sleek, stainless steel exterior design. Having several grandkids, the smudge proof exterior will be perfect for keeping all the little handprints off. I love how both the control panel and the water dispenser are housed on the inside of the refrigerator adding to the clean exterior look.
Typically we don’t use the water and ice dispenser on our refrigerator due to our water supply coming from a well. One of the biggest selling points for this refrigerator was the Pure Pour Water filtration system which reduces the impurities in water. For the first time in years we are able to drink clean fresh tasting water without the strong lime, mineral taste from our well.
Another thing that I love about this refrigerators interior design is how it has large door bins to store your milk and other large bottles which is great to free up shelf space. An added bonus is the space wise organization system which allows us to adjust the shelves to meet whatever storage needs we may have. This comes in handy when we are hosting our family for events and have different types of containers to store. The under shelf lighting is another cool feature. Even though the freezer houses an open ice maker, we still have ample freezer space to accommodate all our needs. Overall we are extremely happy with our refrigerator switch and don’t know why it took us so long to take the leap to upgrade.

Horrible. Third replacement and it came damaged again.

I am beyond words upset. We paid so much money for this fridge in April. The first one had insulation in it that blew out the door and made it wobbly. Then we got it replaced but the second one had a huge dent in it so they just replaced our door. Then within one week the fridge started making a loud noise that has not gone away. Today 5 months later a new one arrived and it was dented and we refused delivery. Still stuck with the crappy one that makes noise. So mad. At this point we want a refund or we want a replacement that someone double checks before it arrives to make sure it is perfect. I would not recommend this at all.

Extremely disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our brand new Frigidaire Professional refrigerator and it DOES NOT WORK! Upon plugging it in for the first time it just displays an error code “ER CE”. The lights do not come on when you open the door and the water dispenser does not work. To make things even worse the freezer handle and left door handle were swapped. When we tried to correct the handles the screws for the left door handle were stripped and cannot be put back on. So now we have fridge that doesn’t operate and is missing a door handle. I hope Frigidaire can make this right after spending THOUSANDS of dollars on a professional line package of appliances.

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unit looked nice, had the features we wanted but within a week there was ice and frost build-up in the freezer, unit occasionally made odd noises, the seals were not uniform and leaked. The left top door had a palm imprint dent that required replacement. Seals are on order, we'll see if that fixes it. We bought a brand new unit, and feels like it's a poor quality used one....disappointed does not begin to describe how we feel.

Built in Look Without the Price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The exterior of the refrigerator is designed beautifully. I was drawn to the modern square edges and the industrial handles. This model replaced our standard depth refrigerator, and I am so glad we chose counter depth. You get the built in look without the huge price tag.
I like the versatility on the inside of the refrigerator, the door bins and shelves are all easily adjustable. The door bins are deep and hold a substantial amount of food, drinks and condiments. The lighting is also a huge upgrade form our prior fridge, this along with the clear shelves allow for full visibility. The filtered water system is great, and I love that it is internal, leaving a clean look on the outside.
From a performance perspective, the fridge and freezer were at full temp fairly quickly. I love the air filter and the idea of the ethylene absorbers prolonging the life of perishable fruits and veggies. The ice maker is relatively quiet and makes ice quickly. Overall, we are very happy with our new appliance and love the upgraded look it provides for our kitchen!

Not Happy

The freezer door seal did not work properly and allowed frost in the freezer and on the ice maker. I replaced the seal with a new one and had to grind the head of a screw down to get the new seal to work properly. The ice maker only makes about 4 or 5 cups of ice in 24 hours. I listen to AM radio in the morning but when the refrigerator turns on it causes interference and I cannot hear any thing until it turns off.
