Love our new Frigidaire!!!

We Really Like This Refrigerator BUT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the design of this refrigerator from the interior layout, lighting, inside one handed water dispenser, and the ice maker to name a few.
However we have had a few issues so far;
The first refrigerator delivered had four door trays instead of three on the left hand side, but the right hand door only came with two instead of the required three. Unfortunately the left and right trays are not interchangeable, contacted our sales rep and they ordered the tray and it was delivered within a week. The main problem we had with the refrigerator was that even at the highest temperature setting, almost everything in the refrigerator was freezing.
The first refrigerator was replaced with a new unit.
The second refrigerator has dents in the left hand door and the gasket on the freezer door was not sealing along the top edge causing the freezer to heavily frost up. Fixing the seal was an easy task with the use of a low powered heat gun. A new left door is on order with an unknown delivery date.
Other than those two issues, the refrigerator and freezer are working as expected and we are happy with our purchase. Our appliance store and service department have been very helpful in getting the issues resolved in a fairly timely manor.

Excellent Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The water dispenser inside is a great feature to create a more clean look. The ice dispenser separated from the water dispenser reduces failure of the device. I thought it was going to be a hassle having the ice dispenser separated but I was pleasantly surprised how much better it is. There is great storage in the fridge and the option to change the shelving is handy. This is really a smudge free fridge. Again, I was skeptical but have tried it myself and have not had one smudge on the outside. I absolutely love this fridge.

Finally the right refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had three refrigerators in the last 11 years. I finally decided to purchase the Frigidaire french door counter depth. This refrigerator is built to last. The spacious compartments (so much room) and placement of the inside water nozzle were engineered with the user in mind. Also, the ice machine making the square ice cubes...brilliant! I have no excuse why I waited so long to by this Frigidaire other than a severe lapse of judgement. Please forgive me Frigidaire.

Frigidaire Stepped Up and Replaced our Faulty First Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the same unit in August of this year, first the bottom freezer section leaked cold air around the seals, technician came out and replaced the seals. Then a delivery/factory indent on the left top door was replaced. Following that was repeated ice and frost build-up in the freezer section, fan noises and finally we requested to have the unit replaced as it was under warranty. Yesterday the new unit arrived and was set up, all is good, it's a nice looking unit and hopefully will last a long time.

Freezer doesn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2-month old appliance has a freezer that not fails to freeze, but the high-temp alert drives me insane. I clear it, and in a few minutes, it goes off again, letting me know (I know!) my freezer has a high temperature. Repairman had to order a part, so I wait, use a cooler filled with ice, clear the alert, and wish I had a different appliance.
