[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like this fridge overall. Biggest difference from previous fridge is that the ice maker and water dispenser are internal. Plenty of space on the inside with adjustable shelves. Only concern is the water dispenser drips after use. We've placed a bowl in the drawer to catch it.

It's fine. Great looking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We haven't had it long enough to write a proper review. The first one delivered was defective (refrigerator section was 12 degrees f with thermostat set at 37). This second one seems to have stable temperature.
The shelving is nice quality and like I said in the title, it really is a great-looking appliance.

More than enough room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from a standard depth, to this counter depth and had some concerns about the amount of space. I was surprised the find the shelves were only about 4 inches shorter than my old fridge. Which was fine, since most of the food that got lost or went bad was in the back of the fridge anyway. This counter depth is just the right size to stop that from happening. It's very bright inside, which is a plus. I was concerned about the smaller freezer, but I'm actually having a much easier time finding things and remembering what I have, that food isn't being forgotten in there. The door shelves are much sturdier than my old Samsung's. I like the placement of the interior water dispenser.
There are a few things that I am not crazy about. I have built cabinets before, and a deep cabinet requires serious hardware to be able to fully extend a drawer. But this is a counter-depth, so there's no excuse for how little these drawers pull out. It seems like such an obvious flaw. I don't know how the designers didn't notice they only come out about halfway. It's already a smaller bin, so that makes it really hard to get a three pack of lettuce out, for example. I often pull the bins off the track to access the items inside. That's insane. Same goes for the deli bin. I also don't like that you have to manually pull out the top freezer drawer. I need the top shelf more than the bottom bin, so that's inconvenient. I also don't like that it's not obvious how to shut off the ice maker. I don't need this cranking out tons of ice, but the control options of the door don't say anything about the ice maker. It also doesn't come with a real manual, and the one I found online for this model seems to apply to a variety of models; and, those models say ice maker on the control panel, mine does not, so that's not helpful. This also requires a weird amount of filters (one for the fridge, the water filter, plus two for the bins). These look like items that can be cheaply made, but they're charging a lot to buy replacements. Also, what's the point of these tiny shelves on the bottom of the doors?

Pros: plenty of space, great lighting, seem durable so far.
