[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m disappointed that I didn’t get an owners manual as there are things I’m questioning like how to turn off the ice maker and how to reinsert a shelf.

Our new Frigidaire Professional Refrigerator

We were a little concerned about have the freezer pullout drawer after have a side by side frig for decades but now actually like it better. I like the beefy handles as well.

Nice Look, But Alarm Goes Off at Random

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the look, so far internal ice maker and internal water dispenser works much better than our previous model ( which had external ice/water dispenser). Like the storage space and layout. DO NOT like that the alarm goes off at RANDOM, but there are no alerts to clear. It’s really annoying. Only way to stop, that we’ve found, is to unplug the fridge and wait a minute. NOT a solution for a unit that’s in a cabinet. We’ve had it two weeks and had to unplug three times. The repair tech from the retailer is coming next week. Hope they can fix it! Otherwise we’ll be returning it and getting a Kitchen Aid, or something that won’t beep!

Replacement For LG

We discovered that nobody wants to work on LG refrigerators and the two service people we spoke to both mentioned Frigidaire being more reliable. The minor difference in capacity had no impact on our storage needs. We also like the sleeker exterior with the internal water and ice.
