Warranty requires you to waive rights.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge seems fine, thought it started leaking from the water dispenser. The authorized warranty repair people won't touch it until you've signed a waiver. Of course they damaged our floors. Of course it's not covered. Of course Frigidaire will do nothing about it.
Potential buyers should be aware that having your warranty honored REQUIRES you to sign away your rights. Not great.

Disappointed

Overall I’m not impressed, and I would look somewhere else. It looks nice but it constantly freezes anything near where the cold air comes out on the top shelf. There is also a ton of ice buildup in the freezer, and I live in Montana where it is dry. I can’t imagine how bad it would be if I lived somewhere humid. The compressor is quiet but it seems to run almost constantly. I checked the seals and I can’t find any leaks that may be letting cold air out so I don’t know what the issue is.

The freezing has possibly caused by the following:
1. Temperature setting is too low.
2. Temperature sensor is covered by food (right side of fresh food area).
3. Food is covering the air ports.
For solution:
1. Move the setting to a higher degree
2. Allow space for air flow to the sensor
3. Allow space between the air ports and the food.

Thoughtful Design & Functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator replaced an aging trouble-prone side-by-side that came with our home when we bought it. The French Door Bottom Freezer layout is much better than the narrow shelves in side by-sides. Makes it easier to see everything. Many well-thought out features like the control panel on the inside door edge, refrigerator shelves whose front sections slide back to create space for taller items, filtered air & water, no through the door ice dispenser (which are always trouble prone), deep door shelves for jugs, and an uncluttered exterior. All add up to a winning refrigerator design.

Enjoying our new fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this fridge for a few weeks now and have been very happy with it overall. Good lighting, lots of shelf space and customization available. The door storage is much larger than our previous fridge so it has taken a little while to get used to.
We also used to have a 3rd tray in the freezer section and we miss that. The freezer door also feels somewhat less sturdy than our previous.
Overall the design and quality is good and we have been happy with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is replacing a 6 year old kitchen aid. We hope that it has a longer life than the kitchen aid did. So far, so good. The no fingerprint finish does not live up to its name as fingerprints are on it.

Minor issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the look of the fridge. Odd things though, the one handle is different but you can’t tell and does look intentional to the design all be it wrong. We also had to have the service team come out to fix the freezer gasket. Time will tell.
