Frigidaire frig - dead on arrival

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a brand new Frigidaire French door refrigerator. After the crew unpacked, connected and turned on the unit, they left. 2 hours later I noticed that the freezer was cold but the refrigerator was not. Considered dead on arrival. This was the only available Frigidaire of the type we wanted, so we had to get a replacement Electrolux ICON model (2 years old but still wrapped.) Disappointed in the Frigidaire but quite satisfied with the appliance store.

Love the air/water filtration, controls, storage features, and led lighting…Just gotta work thru those new owner blues…

Great refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This frig replaced a basic top freezer model with no ice maker. I can find everything in the frig. My fresh food is keeping longer. I love my ice maker and it is easily accessible in the bottom freezer. The filtered water inside the fridge is a great feature and means no mess to clean up on the outside of the fridge.

Beautiful and tons of storage space in fridge.

The ice bin is larger than we need and takes up valuable space. Also, the rod along the front of the bin leaves about 1.5” space that is difficult to use. (Photo)

Water dispenser leaks after use

One month of owning and the water dispenser is dripping after use. The inside of my fridge is soaked. Two of my three Frigidaire professional appliances now are scheduled for service after a month of using. Frigidaire used to be such a reliable company. Very disappointed in my very expensive purchase and lack of response.
