It is beautiful looking, but after the long wait, the refrigerator arrived dented. After a few days, the upper doors squeaks when opening and closing and ice forms in the back of the refrigerator. Contacted service but . The metal is thin and wavy when the hand is moved across. Not worth the price. I also noticed that the dents in my refrigerator are in the same place as other reviewers who have shared pictures. This indicates a manufacturing defect that I wish they fix in my unit.

Freezer doesn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2-month old appliance has a freezer that not fails to freeze, but the high-temp alert drives me insane. I clear it, and in a few minutes, it goes off again, letting me know (I know!) my freezer has a high temperature. Repairman had to order a part, so I wait, use a cooler filled with ice, clear the alert, and wish I had a different appliance.

Frigidaire Stepped Up and Replaced our Faulty First Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the same unit in August of this year, first the bottom freezer section leaked cold air around the seals, technician came out and replaced the seals. Then a delivery/factory indent on the left top door was replaced. Following that was repeated ice and frost build-up in the freezer section, fan noises and finally we requested to have the unit replaced as it was under warranty. Yesterday the new unit arrived and was set up, all is good, it's a nice looking unit and hopefully will last a long time.

Love the air/water filtration, controls, storage features, and led lighting…Just gotta work thru those new owner blues…

Great refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This frig replaced a basic top freezer model with no ice maker. I can find everything in the frig. My fresh food is keeping longer. I love my ice maker and it is easily accessible in the bottom freezer. The filtered water inside the fridge is a great feature and means no mess to clean up on the outside of the fridge.

Frigidaire Professional, French Door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a 14 year old GE Monogram refrigerator and I looked at the new Monogram Series first, but for what GE offers compared to the Frigidaire Professional Line they are ridiculously overpriced now. In my opinion, the Frigidaire Professional Line is the best value in kitchen appliances that I have found as of late. Lots of internal storage, more than some that claim to be of larger volume. The internal water and ice has a much better use of the available space than the water and ice in the door models. The filter in the refrigerator takes terrible tasting Sacramento water and makes nice drinking water and great ice. One thing I would change however is to give this model two separate freezer drawers instead of just one. Other than that one change it is perfect so far.

Nice looking/works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, we have not had any issues and it’s working well. It’s has plenty of room in the refrigerator part and for the freezer part it’s a couple cubic feet smaller than what we previously had but we are getting used to it and it will be fine. We have two people in our household .The ice cube production was slow at the beginning, but I like how the ice cubes are compared to our old refrigerator. They don’t seem to stick together and they’re smaller. The people that delivered the refrigerator were super nice and helpful.

Sleek and spacious design with many modern features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge replaced a 2-door we had and so far we have thoroughly enjoyed it and like how it looks. Considering both appliances were the same size, this seems to offer much more useable space, and customizable space. Really like the features such as ethylene filters for produce drawers. The water dispenser on the inside door is interesting and gives a clean look, but I was concerned it would let out cold air trying to get water. Fortunately it dispenses fast enough to not be an issue. Also think the ice maker is great and manages to make individual cubes that don't all stick together (see pictures). Overall, it's been what we expected and more from a premium unit.
