[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only complaint I have is that the ice is difficult to get all in cup, a few pieces always end up on the floor. I love having 2 choices for getting ice, being able to get water with door open, the space and storage for counter depth is great! It’s a beautiful fridge and doesn’t show fingerprints! Very happy with this purchase. We will see how durable it is over time.

condensation inside freezer gasket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not happy with this refrigerator because the freezer door does not line up with the top 2 doors. Because of this, I see condensation lying on the top of the freezer gasket; there is an air leak somewhere. Also, I have noticed white crystals of freezer condensation on frozen foods. The unit is quite beautiful and the interior lighting is super.

Buyer beware - do not buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge broke after two weeks of use. Manufacturer will not replace and it’s been an awful experience. I’ve had no fridge for two weeks with a baby. Do not buy!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it's ok; however you never know what's going to happen in the next few months. this is the second one in two years; purchased dishwasher, stove and microwave and all have had to have repairs within the first year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I love the fridge. I only wish there were a small shelf on the freezer door. I think it would get in the way of the slot pocket on the freezer door, so I understand why there isn’t one. But then the screws should face out, not in. With that one small change this would be a 5 star review.
