Buyer beware - do not buy!

Refrigerator freezes everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator is set at as high temp as it can go, but the thermometer in the fridge shows around 20 degrees and everything is frozen on day 2 after delivery. Had service come out after a week's wait to fit us in. 1 week to wait for the part. Next day, everything frozen again. 3 week wait for the part for the next most likely cause, so vendor kindly delivered a new fridge, same model. same problems.

Quality control or build issue with water line

Purchased to replace a late model previous competitor fridge that had constant ice maker issues. Fridge doors a little heavier to open and close due to thicker material used. Fridge fan and ice maker operation is also more noticeable, but tolerable and not a significant enough issue to not purchase this model. Main issue is with a loose water line located within the fridge walls that rattles each time you stop filling your glass. This is extremely disappointing as not sure how this build quality issue could have gone unnoticed. It is either a quality escape or design issue and is not due to a loose external water line as this model does not have any eternal attached water lines that could ever become detached. Very unfortunate to have had been delivered a fridge with this significant flaw that really has no fix but to replace the unit and hope the next one does not have the same issue. Frigidaire should have had better quality control to avoid this issue as water plumbing lines should not be left loose within any fridge walls that are definitely not accessible for repair.

Clean design, well lit, user friendly design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model is the updated version of our previous model and we have been very pleased with the changes. First the "curb appeal" of the fridge is sleek and clean. It definitely has that "professional" kitchen vibe going. The first element that I found I liked was the larger water dispenser. Our previous unit was too short to fit our larger water bottles, which led to many spills if we didn't place it at just the right angle. This dispenser is nice and tall! I could even fit a gallon size pitcher under it. Fun fact: the water dispenser is also triggered to only dispense 1 gallon at a time. We found this out while running the water line to clean it out. My husband particularly liked seeing that the water and other lines are now fully insulated into the unit. Our previous unit had these just taped to the back which we think led to the ice maker freezing over every so often.
Inside the lighting is great! Nice LED lights that illuminate the entire unit, including the veggie and fruit bins. This unit is more shallow than our previous one, but I love how much more accessible everything in (less space for things to get lost in the back b/c we forget they are there and then they end up moldy). The door bins are deep both in depth and width, giving us a lot more space to house condiments in the doors and not take up shelf space. The shelves were very easy to maneuver as we wanted. In my pictures, we have removed one shelf simply b/c of our preferred design, but know that there is another shelf option that will come with this unit. I really liked how much easier it was to locate and change the water filter when that time comes. The only flaw though is this location shortens the meat drawer. The jury is still out on which is the lesser of the evils. There are a lot of air filters in this thing! The directions even telling us they are better than baking soda, so that is one less thing we will need to keep in our fridge moving forward.
The freezer is great in the sense that there are lots of design options you can make with the dividers and bin that comes with it. I will say though, we feel the size difference with this space in the fridge. Fortunately, we have a fridge in our garage for extras, but for those without that luxury, this may be one area to really focus on when deciding if this is the right unit for you.
We installed this ourselves and I do have to say it was super easy! One tip I would give the manufacturer is to put the wheels on a swivel. This would have helped in pushing it sideways when we needed without hurting our floors (user error for sure, so not blaming the company for this). Lastly, we really loved that they have designed this to eliminate the grill at the bottom that was placed in the older model to cover the wheels. With electronic vacuums these days, that piece was constantly getting hit and falling off. This unit does not have that and we love it!!
In closing, I definitely would recommend this unit. We are very pleased with it to this point!

Absolutely Love This Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to give this fridge sometime before I jumped the gun and reviewed it. This fridge is great! The space it offers is vast, I love the ability to move the shelfs around or even take some out to customize the fridge to accommodate your needs. I love how easy it it is to change the settings on temperature for the fridge and freezer, but also the drawers! We keep deli meat and cheeses in the bottom drawer and their is a temp option specifically for deli/snacks. Something I didn't think about but absolute love, is the height of the opening for the water/ice dispenser. It accommodates my tumblers so I don't have to angle my cup to fit it in. Seems small but when I drink from taller glasses and tumblers it's a really nice feature I never knew I needed. They did a really great job designing this fridge with space and convenience in mind.

Counter depth french door refrigerator review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello, our refrigerator was defunct upon installation. The switch for the water/ice dispenser does not work causing water to be dispensed without the switch being activated. We are now waiting for an entire new door/dispenser mechanism to be sent with no eta for a brand new refrigerator. What's worse is that this refrigerator was replacement for a defunct electrolux icon refrigerator so we have gone from one bad apple to another. I hope someone from Frigidaire reads this and is able to offer some compensation.
