[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we like our new refrigerator. Lots of space and love the dual icebreakers. We use both! Counter depth was perfect for our space. Just wish control panel was on the front instead of on the side of the door because I keep hitting it with my hand when I open the door.

Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a SS French Door Refrigerator for the first time since it’s all the rage. Not a fan!! First off the appliances come wrapped in thin plastic I presume to minimize scratches which I can appreciate. However it appears to have been put on before assembly. There are places where you can’t remove it. Secondly, it is loud. There is a constant humming which is much louder than our previous refrigerators. Lastly, we chose this model for the water and ice in the door and its dual ice makers. Although we do like the dual ice makers they do not make ice quickly and the freezer space is not adequate or functional. I had a smaller cubic foot side by side and I could only fit about 2/3’s of what was in my old freezer into the new one.

Some areas can be tricky to remove, but gently using a plastic scraper or your fingernail should help lift it without damaging the surface. If pieces remain in certain spots, our team can guide you on safe removal.
About the noise, a constant humming can be normal as the refrigerator maintains its internal temperature and runs the compressor or fans. However, if it seems louder than expected, please ensure the appliance is level and not touching surrounding cabinetry or walls. Minor adjustments can significantly reduce noise.
For the ice makers and freezer space, dual ice makers sometimes produce ice at a slower pace depending on water pressure, temperature, and frequency of use. Ensure the water line is fully open and your freezer is set to the recommended temperature (usually 0°F / -18°C). As for freezer capacity, the design of French Door models prioritizes fresh food storage over maximum freezer volume, which may feel smaller compared to some side-by-side models.

Super quiet, lots of room

Replaced a GE counter depth that was supposedly the same size but the Frigidaire seems much larger. Ice maker is much better also- having two is a plus. The only thing I would improve is more lighting in the freezer but that's just nit-picking. It runs super quiet and is giving us no issues.

Fantastic Fridge

Good not Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this fridge for the interior layout, and for a counter depth fridge, it is awesome! But it has a few drawbacks- it’s noisy and the ice made in the freezer is supposed to be balls but comes out all jaggedy. I just turned it off as it’s not very useful. Overall, though, I am happy with it.

I have done the trouble shooting, so all I can do is place a pan of hot water under it until it thaws. About once a month.
