Counter depth french door refrigerator review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hello, our refrigerator was defunct upon installation. The switch for the water/ice dispenser does not work causing water to be dispensed without the switch being activated. We are now waiting for an entire new door/dispenser mechanism to be sent with no eta for a brand new refrigerator. What's worse is that this refrigerator was replacement for a defunct electrolux icon refrigerator so we have gone from one bad apple to another. I hope someone from Frigidaire reads this and is able to offer some compensation.

Rocky Start but Great Delivery Finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Electrolux / Frigidaire customer service took great lengths to to meet my delivery date. Unfortunately the delivery company tried to push the confirmed delivery date, but Frigidaire worked with their contracted delivery company to meet close to (within a few days) the initial date.
Great fridge and freezer. Very well lit with an abundance of room inside. Ice cubes are small and resemble ice made from ice trays of the old days. I prefer this to large ice cubes in my old fridge.
Design is very visually appealing and in general everything feels sturdy and well made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this refrigerator for approx 2 weeks. So far everything is working as promised. The cooling and freezing temps are staying true. I love the finish. I love having the second ice maker in bottom freezer. The refrig part has adjustable shelving so taller items could be used if needed. The meat/cheese tray has a separate thermostat which is a nice touch. It does run a little noisy, but tolerable.

Non aligned doors

Ice maker blew out back

Our refrigerator was only a couple of years old. New build . Ice kept melting and we quickly learned back blew out of refrigerator. After reviewing this issue it seems to be an issue on this refrigerator. This should be a recall . Now I’m forced to replace. I feel like since this happens often it’s fault of company. I will be happy to send them photos.
