The freezer door of this appliance has broken FOUR times. We continue to purchase replacement parts and the same part continues to break. The plastic support is not enough to withstand the weight of the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new fridge is much quieter than our old one. One disappointing feature is the ice dispenser in the door shoots ice on the floor when filling your glass.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator delivered with some scratches. Be 6-8 weeks for a new door. Ices shoots on floor from the dispenser. Produce drawers don’t pull out far enough to get things out.

High-end looking refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only have had it for 4 days, It's a beautiful high-end looking refrigerator, plenty of room, and quiet. Multiple lights inside but I feel they are dim and there is no way to change it. Ice dispenser works well but I took one star off because the water dispenser only gives room temperature water, not chilled!!! Door to door width is 36 inches, the case is 35.65 inches. I recommend a cut out space width of 36.5 inches at least.

Love it so far, and not as noisy as expected

Based on other reviews, I expected it to be noisy. I don't find that to be the case, EXCEPT for when ice is dropping into trays. And that only lasts a few seconds.
We went from a side by side to a French door, and as others have said, this style seems to have alot more space.
PROS: roomy, well lit, nice selection of shelf arrangement. Like the drawer with 3 temp settings. Water dispenser can be dimmed but so that it lights up when activated.
Cons: no way to turn off the water dispenser. Old fridge had that and was handy when I wanted to clean around there (without the shower that comes when you're cleaning there and spewing water accidently). You don't notice it but the left door is wider than the right. No problem, until you go to get something from the crisper door on the right...thats when you discover you need to open both doors to get to it. (It does open a tiny bit so if you're a child you could probably squeeze your hand in there). Both minor nits to get used to.
Overall, I love it and would recommend.

AWESOME refrigerator!!

All the 'nook and cranny' shelving in both doors offers sooo much room for storage of all the basics. Plus, love the ice dispenser in the door and also the big container of ice for scooping in the bottom freezer. The long wide drawer for coldcuts/cheese etc is very roomy, as are the 2 vegetable crisper drawers. Another cool feature is the top shelving can be 'rolled' back if you have something especially tall to refrigerate...no need to actually rearrange the shelves. Needless to say...we LOVE our new Frigidaire!!
