Keeps having issues

Bought a new house in the builder provided new appliances, which was Frigidaire. Since we moved in our refrigerator. Has one has had one issue right after the other. Not happy with Frigidaire appliances would not purchase one in the future.

A lot of space inside but drawers and doors don’t align

The veggie/pull out drawers don’t align with the upper French door to pull out one side only. Have to both outside doors to fully reach inside the drawer.
